We happily accept exchanges and returns for refund on all purchases made on our website that are in original, new condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags) within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. Does not include final sale items. We currently do not offer exchanges internationally.
We provide a flat rate shipping label for your return or exchange. For returns for refund, the flat rate of $7.50 will be deducted from your final refunded amount.
Returns for exchange or store credit are free. When we receive your returned item(s) we will process your store credit, exchange, or refund. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
HOW TO SEND RETURNS
To initiate a return or an exchange, visit our Returns Center. Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout, click Find Your Order, and follow the instructions.

Your order number can be found by going to BlackBearRiver.com, logging into your account and viewing your order history. Additionally, your order number can be found in the subject line of your confirmation and shipping email.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR IN THE WRONG SIZE THAN I ORDERED?
If for any reason an item that was purchased from BlackBearRiver.com is incorrect, upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can correct the problem.
