Shipping & Handling

Thank you for ordering from Black Bear River. You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order on our website. After your order ships, a separate email will arrive confirming your shipment.

Once your order is placed, it will travel through our system to our production facility where your item will be printed, packaged and shipped. Due to the Covid-19 pademic, however, our production times have been adversely affected causing delays of approximately 2-3 business days. In the coming weeks, we expect production times to decrease as we gradually catch-up from the backlog or orders. We should be back to normal turn-around times soon. Standard domestic shipping costs vary and will be calculated upon entering your shipping address. Shipping is free on all orders above $100. We partner with these global carriers to give you the best shipping experience: FedEx, DHL, USPS and DPD.

Your package will be delivered to your doorstep or mailbox in 3-7 business days after being marked shipped, by your local USPS postal carrier. We will deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses. For APO addresses, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.

International shipping costs vary and will be calculated upon entering your shipping address. Upon arrival to your country, the package is processed through your country's customs department and handed off to the local postal service. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep, mailbox or local postal pickup office within 7-14 business days.

Depending on your country, tariffs and customs charges may be applied. These are costs that we do not cover and will be due to your local post office before you can receive your package. To learn more, call your local post office.

If the package is returned to us because of a bad address or because the package was unclaimed, we can resend it to your confirmed correct address for a $5 reshipment fee for US orders, or $10 for International.

If you haven’t received your package within our standard window of time, please email our customer service at and we will track down the package for you.
